Many good local pros don't advertise in English, especially outside Greater Lisbon and in trades like plumbing, car repair or driving lessons. A recadeiro is someone who runs your errands. We run this one: we explain what you need to the provider, in clear European Portuguese, and pass their reply back to you in English.

How it works

You describe what you need in English (and the provider, if you already have one in mind).
If you don't, we look up providers near you who publish a business email or WhatsApp number. We send you the shortlist before contacting anyone.
We write to them in Portuguese, saying clearly that we're a relay service writing on behalf of a client.
We translate their replies (availability, a rough quote, questions) and send them to you by email. You decide and deal with the provider directly.

We don't vet, rank or recommend providers. For health, legal or financial matters we can only write to a professional you have chosen.
We never book, accept quotes or commit you to anything. We never pose as you. We never pay a provider or take payment from you.

Privacy note

We use your details only to handle this request. We share with a provider only what they need to answer: your first name or handle, your area, and the job description. We never share your email or phone number unless you ask us to. Your form submission is delivered by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). We keep a simple log of requests and provider contacts for the beta and delete your data on request, or within 60 days of the beta ending. We don't sell data, use ads or use tracking cookies. Questions or deletion requests: just reply to any email we send you about your request.
